Cooking instruction

New York Steak
- Heat Sous vide
- Season steak with mcormick and garlic salt
- Bag and set in sous vide
- Let cook
- Rest meat and pat down
- Cook in cast iron and bast steak with butter

Vegetable medley
- Dice up half onion and asparagus and crushed garlic
- saute until good tenderness
